NHADA MEMBERS ANTIQUES SHOW CONTRACT

Show Date: SUNDAY, JUNE 1, 2025
Location:  Douglas Everett Arena, Concord, NH
Show Hours:  Sunday, June 1, 10am–4pm
Set Up:  Saturday, May 31, 11am–5pm
Pack Out: Sunday, June 1, 4pm–6pm (no early pack out)
Cost:  $295 

Each booth comes with up to three (3) 8 ft. tables and two chairs. Booth size is 10′ x 10′. Walls are not available, but dealers are allowed to supply their own. There is no available extra electricity.

Requirements:  Only current members (whose application for membership was received by NHADA on or before March 15, 2025 and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors) may apply for this Show. All tables must be covered in cloth to the floor. All items must be priced, and all members are expected to abide by the NHADA Code of Ethics. A participating dealer may have one outside assistant during set-up, but said assistant is not allowed to conduct business with other dealers during set-up. Any violation of this rule will result in the participating dealer being prohibited from exhibiting in future shows. No booth sharing is permitted.

Porters:  Available during set-up and pack-out. Participants are expected to tip them accordingly.

Contract

Terms: 
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis with preference given (only until April 15) to dealers who are not participating in the NHADA’s 68th Annual New Hampshire Antiques Show, August 7–9, 2025. 

After your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email (based on space availability) with a request to mail the booth fee of $295 to the NHADA. Said fee will be payable to “NHADA” and needs to be received no later than May 1, 2025 by mailing a check to:

If the Members Show is full, you will be placed on a waitlist, and NHADA will inform you of available space in the event of any cancellations. Booth payments are non-refundable.

Applicants participating in the Members Show will not hold NHADA liable for any theft, loss, or injury. While the Everett Arena is locked during the evenings, participants are responsible for securing their own items from theft of loss. In addition, participants shall indemnify and hold NHADA harmless from any intentional or negligent act said participant commits which results in legal action.
